From 1st August 2007 an Energy Performance Certificate will be required for each property put on the market.  This will form part of the Home Information Pack which is being implemented by the Government.  

If you are commissioned to produce a Home Information Pack for any of your vendors, we can and produce the Energy Performance Certificate or we can offer you a complete HIP package.
